English Conversational Session 1

I was asked at my job to aid with the development of my co-workers by providing with English conversation sessions.  I came up with the following questions I can ask my co-workers to facilitate discussions and interaction:
What is your favourite sport?  Why?
Who is your favourite athlete?  Why?
What do you like to do on the weekends?

Guidance will be required from the teacher.

I also googled the words "movie english subtitles online" and came across the following websites:
http://ororo.tv/
http://www.filmsubs.blogspot.mx/

Both of them are in Russian, but the titles of movies and shows are in English.  The first one seems to have movies in HD.

Security is defined by Wikipedia as "the degree of ... protection from harm."  In a household, the head of the family is in charge of providing security, alongside food, education, guidance, entertainment, love, faithfulness, etc.  He must provide a way through which his family may develop in the following areas: economy, physical growth, spiritual, emotional growth, intellect, recreation.  These we shall name areas of basic growth.  A head of a family must focus upon building on the basic areas of basic growth, and help each of the members grow at these directly and indirectly--through guidance.  These are his so-called responsibilities.

A father will lead by the example, guiding his wife on how to accomplish simple tasks such as obtaining food which is nutritious for the children and the whole family, following a healthy eating schedule, reading a good portion of the scripture each day, spending time worshipping God together as a family through creative art (songs, poems, drawings) or interpretation of plays or songs, and taking them for a stroll in the nearest park.

When the head of the household rejects his duty as a provider of such basic needs, the security of the members of the family, their belongings and the family itself is compromised.  A breach has now been created through which a number of perpetrators can attack and rob.  After this has happened, the family is likely to experience robbery, accidents, unexplained loss leading to morning or sorrow, firings, breakings of relationships, and, ultimately, death itself.

A person may fail to perform his responsibilities in a family in an attempt to escape them because of fear that he or she will not be able to accomplish them.  There might also exist an overwhelming fear that he or she might not "have what it takes" to accomplish his or her duty.  This is especially true in the area of economy, and more so if the head of the household does not have the proper education, a resource most needed when attempting to find what is thought to be a job.  Globalization calls for a focus on competency, and any person attempting to work in a significant position at a strong company must have spent at least 2 or 3 years in college.  When this is not the case, desperation will kick in.

When applying for a job, we must never forget that, although we might carry a secular activity on, and the system might seem corrupted, your job is a means through which God WILL bless you.  Also matter what you do, you will affect a number of people--they will be affected by your witnessing to them, the way you handle yourself at work and the set of values you work with.  Remember to glorify God.
A job is a tool through which God blesses you as much as a bank account is a means through which your employer will make deposits each week or couple of weeks.  It is not a bad thing.  It is almost a necessity.

Brutally Battling the Therion

And into the darkness He sent them...  to be witnesses of His light.

What this is about

Have you ever felt a cold chill running through your body when looking into the darkness?
Have you ever felt someone's eyes on you while in the forest at night?
U ever felt alone?

It all starts by that little thought we assume to be insignificant: I'll do this by myself. I'll try and I'll live with the consequences. What we don't realize is that the consequences to our actions can be bigger than ourselves--even harming other people and hurting us in a way we did not know we could deal with. And then it comes down to us saying things like, "If only I had known that it would come down to this, I would have never made such a poor choice" or "Why did nobody tell me. [sic]" And in the end, if you think about it, the warning signs were everywhere; but you were probably too blind to see them. The question is, then, how did you become so blind as to not listen to people's good advises [sic]? Why the fuck could you not see the danger ahead, as obvious as it appeared, now that you think about it?
